SUBJECT TO LIMITED, RESTRICTED LICENSE FOR USE AND COPY BY ORIGINAL REGISTERED PERMITTED USER ONLY IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING "NON-COMMERCIAL LICENSE" TERMS.
"Non-commercial" in this license means the Permitted User is not directly or indirectly getting compensated in any form for the products and services the Permitted User develops using this software. For the avoidance of doubt, the following are considered examples of commercial uses of the Software: (1) use in the provision of IT consulting services to third parties; (2) use in the provision of network support services by anyone other than the registered Permitted User; or (3) bundling or integrating the Software with any hardware product or another software product for commercial purposes.
"Permitted User" means either: (1) any individual developer who is developing software on his/her own time without compensation; or (2) any organization or employee of an organization for application to the organization's own, internal network infrastructure management.
Any person who does not qualify as a Permitted User or any Permitted User desiring to use the KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC software other than for a Non-commercial use must purchase a Commercial Use License or obtain an Evaluation License from KRUPCZAK.ORG.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Provided that You qualify as a Permitted User as specified above, and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC hereby grants You, an end user, a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable object code license to install and use the Software, free of charge, for Non-Commercial purposes.
KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC and/or its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted to You herein. This license is not a sale of the Software or any copy of the Software. The Software contains valuable trade secrets of KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC. All worldwide ownership of and all rights, titles and interests in and to the Software, and all copies and portions of the Software, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights therein and thereto, are and will remain exclusively with KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC.
KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC is under no obligation to maintain or support or update the Software in any way, or to provide updates or error corrections.
You acknowledge that nothing in this license gives you the right to use any trademark, trade name or service mark of KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC.
KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC may terminate this license immediately should You materially breach any of its provisions or take any action in derogation of KRUPCZAK.ORG, LLC's rights to the Software.
