==Day one: basics== "The first skill you need to learn is basic mental movement, or telekinesis,"the scientist said from behind the glass viewing window."you shall move the one pound cube from the red circle, to the blue circle; Without touching it. Sarah will take over from here." "think of a moving motion in your head" Sarah said, again without moving her lips."Let the energy inside you flow from your stomach and head, through your heart, and out of your hand. Then surround the cube with the energy. Now move..." Robert was all ready sliding the cube across the room. "ow, my head," Robert groaned as he got a bad headache in the back, top right section of his head.It felt as if someone had just hit him on the back of his head with a baton. he knew how ''that'' felt "here take this,"Sarah said with a little pink pill floating above her hand. When Robert took it he felt energy flow into the back of his head and the headache disappeared. "now you should try to bend this spoon, a basic telekinesis skill," Sarah said with a stainless steal spoon floating an inch above the girl's hand. he tried with his mind to bend the spoon but it remained stubborn. He then used pyrokenesis (creation and movement of fire using the mind) to heat up the spoon to make it easier to bend. when Sarah saw the steaming spoon on the floor that was bent all the way she said,"I see you are thinking that I will tell you that is cheating, but actually it is good to try to use your special power as much as you can." The next couple hours went on by with the same routine, until he could bend the spoon without heating it up, and as the worked up from sliding the cube, lift a 9 lb. bowling ball. "Great work so far," Sarah said with a grin on her face,"but I don't think you're prepared for what's next."
