Need someone to:

make invitation list, send out invitations (evite?)
have folks sign up to bring different food (can do this via evite)
decorations and balloons?
reserve picnic grill and tennis courts?
provide music
portable bar? (I hear Scott Damron bought a bar-style stainless steel cooler . . .)
