Going Away Party for the Gornet Family

TIME: ??
PLACE: Vinings Estates Picnic pavillion and pool area Note! The pool officially opens May 12th!
(what do we want to do for time? do we want to organize a round-robin tournament earlier, and then have a more set time for dinner? ) Ex: tennis round-robin at 4:30, bbq pot-luck dinner at 6:00pm, swimming and drinking until the cows come home!

Cheryl - rent slushie machine as soon as date is confirmed
Need someone to:
- make invitation list, send out invitations (evite?)
- have folks sign up to bring different food (can do this via evite)
- decorations and balloons?
- reserve picnic grill and tennis courts?
- provide music
- portable bar? (I hear Scott Damron bought a bar-style stainless steel cooler . . .)
