Going Away Party for the Gornet Family

WHERE: Vinings Estates Picnic pavillion lower courts

It's getting near that time Where Stacie & Terry will REALLY be leaving us. Come and celebrate their new adventures as they prepare to move to Charlotte. Come join us in the PERFECT Gornet manner..... Play some tennis, eat some pizza & drink some beer! Does anything seem more perfect for them????

Please sign up for items/tasks for which you can take responsibility:

• send out evite invitation - susan - done.
• reserve picnic grill and tennis courts - Susan - done.
• pizza - Susan will order from Papa Johns
• beer
• 2-liter bottles of soda (do we need soda and water and juice and lemonade?)
• jugs of lemonade - Marie
• juice packs - Marie
• bottles of water (small bottles)- Marie
• chips - I'm not sure we need......
• veggie tray - Cheryl
• fruit tray - Marie
• cookies - Marie
• sheet cake - Cheryl
• plastic cups - Cheryl
• paper plates - large for pizza

• plastic forks - Cheryl
• napkins - Cheryl
• 2 ice buckets - Cheryl
• huge cooler for beer - Cheryl (unless you want to use your stainless one, Paige)

    OR - there are 2 coolers in the closet.

• ice (need a guy for the heavy lifting!)
• music! - I have some "party" CDs OR we can bring like 4 radios and all blast them with one radio station. That may be easier
